When eating feels harder than it should, you're not alone. Maybe you're struggling with binge eating, food cravings, digestive symptoms, ADHD-related eating challenges, or concerns about your child's eating. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.
For more than 18 years, I've helped adults, children, and families navigate binge eating, food cravings, digestive concerns, ADHD-related eating challenges, sensory or texture sensitivities, and autism-related feeding and eating challenges.
I believe eating challenges always make sense once we understand what's driving them. Whether it's years of dieting, ADHD, digestive symptoms, or sensory sensitivities, we'll work together to identify what's influencing your eating and develop practical, realistic strategies that fit your life.
My approach is evidence-based, weight-inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and informed by my training as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. Together, we'll focus on realistic strategies that reduce overwhelm, make eating feel simpler, and fit your everyday life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, and exploring the outdoors. Some of my favourite memories are made around food—sharing a meal after a day outdoors, gathering around a campfire, or sitting around the dinner table with family. Those experiences remind me that food is about so much more than nutrition. It's about bringing people together, strengthening relationships, and creating lasting memories.
Our work together is about more than nutrition. It's about building confidence around food, creating a calmer relationship with eating, and making more space in your life for the people, activities, and moments that matter most to you.
I offer in-person appointments in Calgary and virtual nutrition counselling across Alberta, with daytime and evening appointments available.
As a Registered Dietitian, I love to work with people and food. Eating is an essential part of life – and it should be an enjoyable experience! I help individuals build a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. We eat for many reasons – joy, comfort, celebration, and health – and every one of them matters.
My goal is to support clients in finding balance: to help make eating feel satisfying, nourishing, and aligned with your well-being. I want everyone to feel good in their body and confident caring for it. My practice focuses on reproductive health concerns, digestive conditions, and disordered eating. We can work together to navigate symptoms and improve your quality of life and health. In person and virtual appointments available. I look forward to working with you!

Feeding and nourishment can feel emotional, confusing, and heavier than people expect. Jill supports children, women, and families with a calm, compassionate approach that helps them feel understood rather than overwhelmed. She works with picky and selective eating, sensory‑based feeding challenges, Pediatric Feeding Disorder, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, digestive concerns, and women's health through perimenopause and menopause.
As a mom of twins and a toddler, Jill understands the real‑life challenges of feeding kids and nourishing yourself during demanding seasons. She also lives with a chronic digestive condition and IBS, which gives her a personal understanding of how unpredictable, exhausting, and isolating digestive symptoms can feel. These experiences shape her belief that nutrition support needs to be flexible, realistic, and grounded in connection.
The aim is to create a supportive space where families feel heard and where strategies truly fit their lives. This work blends evidence‑based guidance with empathy, helping parents feel more confident at the table and helping women feel more nourished and supported through hormonal transitions and digestive challenges.
Outside of work, Jill is happiest with somewhere to explore — she collects experiences more than things. Adventures in Edmonton's river valley, meals in places she's never been, and the quiet satisfaction of pulling off a dish at home that she first tried somewhere halfway across the world. She loves time with her husband and family, especially when someone underestimates her in a backyard game.
Helping families find their way back to the table — that's the part that never gets old.

Sally Ho has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for nearly two decades, and as a Certified Diabetes Educator since 2012. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors degree in nutrition science, and University of Calgary with a Bachelors degree in biological science. Sally has worked in various hospitals and clinics in Alberta, and was the Alberta coordinator for two nation-wide nutrition research studies. She is a Certified Craving Change TM facilitator, and certified with the Home Support Exercise Program for the elderly. She is passionate about making the latest nutrition research simple to understand since she believes the best way for people to take care of their health is if they understand how food affects their body.
Sally loves running seminars, workshops, and one-one-one sessions because she can interact with real people with real-life questions and figure out how to make healthy eating work for them.
Sally loves to eat just as much as anyone else, and believes the two keys for happy, healthy living are: balancing healthy food with treats, and giving yourself room to explore and learn from challenges or “speed bumps.” She loves flavourful food, and will try almost any cuisine. It is said “The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”, which also applies to this food-loving dietitian.
